By using conveyorquotes.co.za and related services operated by Conveyor Quotes ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Service description
Conveyor Quotes provides an online request form and matching process that forwards buyer requirements to selected suppliers. We facilitate introductions; we are not a party to any quotation, sale, installation or service contract between buyers and suppliers unless separately agreed in writing.
Buyer responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and technical information
- Understand that matched suppliers may contact you about your request
- Evaluate quotations independently and verify supplier credentials
- Not submit unlawful, abusive or spam content via forms
Supplier participation
Supplier membership and lead distribution are at our discretion. Applying via Join as Supplier does not guarantee acceptance or a minimum volume of leads. Suppliers must handle buyer data lawfully and professionally.
No guarantee of quotes or pricing
We do not guarantee that suppliers will respond, that a minimum number of quotes will be received, or that any price, lead time or specification will be met. Educational content on this site (including pricing ranges) is general guidance only and not a formal quotation.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding and software are owned by Conveyor Quotes or its licensors. You may not copy substantial content for commercial reuse without permission.
Advertising
The website may display third-party advertisements, including Google AdSense. Advertisers are responsible for their own claims. Ads do not constitute an endorsement by Conveyor Quotes and do not affect supplier matching.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Conveyor Quotes is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from dealings with suppliers introduced through the platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the free matching service is limited to zero rand, as the core service is provided without charge to buyers.
Privacy
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
